Our bodies are amazing and fascinating to work with. As a practitioner therapist for over 21 years, I have taken a holistic approach in promoting total health and wellbeing in my clients. My passion and drive comes from seeing my clients leaving the treatment room feeling much better, feeling less pain and happier from whatever physical or mental problems they have been suffering from.
I have successfully worked with professional and non-professional sports people, fine tuning their bodies to help them perform at their best. My holistic sports and therapy treatments have helped Aston Villa FC’s professional footballers, Warwickshire CC’s cricketers, professional athletics runners and swimmers, Irish dancers and gymnastics. I am now bringing the same professional help to mothers and babies with our Baby Reflexology Classes.
